TIER IV will be exhibiting and speaking at Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2026 and CEATEC 2026, both taking place at Makuhari Messe from October 13 to 16. The two events will showcase a wide range of the latest technologies and visions for the future across the mobility and digital sectors.

Toyota: Display of e-Palette equipped with an autonomous driving system

Overview: The JAMA joint exhibition will showcase the future envisioned by the mobility industry through various automotive sector initiatives. As part of the exhibition, a Toyota e-Palette equipped with an autonomous driving system developed by TIER IV will be on display, along with an introduction to TIER IV’s autonomous driving initiatives.
Isuzu Group: Display of ERGA EV

Overview: As part of the exhibition, an Isuzu ERGA EV equipped with an autonomous driving system developed by TIER IV will be on display, along with an introduction to TIER IV’s autonomous driving initiatives.
Isuzu Group: Autonomous bus initiatives

Overview: Under the concept of "Moving the World - for You" the Isuzu Group will showcase initiatives and solutions addressing social challenges surrounding transportation. The booth will feature a demonstration project for fixed-route bus services using the ERGA EV, an Isuzu electric bus equipped with TIER IV's autonomous driving system, as one of the technologies supporting the future of transportation.
Sony Group: Automotive cameras for autonomous driving
Event: CEATEC 2026
Venue: Booth 4H450
Overview: Sony Group drives new business creation by investing in startups and supporting business development through the Sony Innovation Fund. In collaboration with Sony, TIER IV develops and manufactures automotive cameras optimized for autonomous driving software and equipped with Sony image sensors. The booth will introduce the background of this partnership and showcase the actual automotive cameras.
Sompo Japan Insurance: Collaboration case studies

Overview: Through SOMPO MobineX, a solution for the next generation of mobility, the SOMPO Group addresses mobility challenges to help realize a society where everyone can move freely. As part of this effort, TIER IV collaborates with Sompo Japan to explore new insurance services designed to provide safety and peace of mind as autonomous driving is deployed in society. The booth will feature this collaboration as part of the SOMPO MobineX initiatives.
Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2026: Future Mobility Forum Stage Program
The axis of competition is shifting from products to operations, as physical AI reinvents mobility development and operation. TIER IV executive officer, Tomohiro Tatekawa, will join the key players driving this transformation to explore the future of an industry centered on vehicles that evolve through data.

TIER IV CEO Shinpei Kato will take the stage to explore how sustainable local mobility can be achieved by integrating next-generation ITS communications, including V2X communications, to address challenges such as the aging population, declining birthrate, and transportation infrastructure maintenance.

While vehicle automation and digitalization continue to advance, the infrastructure supporting society still depends on systems that keep operations moving such as physical maintenance and service networks, improved working environments for drivers, and 24/7 support systems. TIER IV CEO Shinpei Kato will discuss the social infrastructure needed for continuous logistics and passenger flow, under the theme of systems that keep moving.
