We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all applicants and individuals involved in our recruitment activities. We strictly prohibit any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, by our directors, officers, and employees toward applicants or any other individuals participating in our recruitment process. As part of our commitment to preventing harassment, we provide appropriate guidance and awareness training to employees involved in recruitment activities. We also prohibit inappropriate questions or comments, as well as any private communication or contact that is unrelated to legitimate recruitment activities. In addition, we maintain dedicated channels through which concerns may be raised.

If you experience, witness, or become aware of any conduct that you believe may be inappropriate during an interview, meeting, internship, or any other recruitment-related activity, we encourage you to contact the consultation channel listed above. Any concern raised will be handled appropriately and with due regard for the privacy and confidentiality of the individuals involved. We will review the matter, take appropriate corrective action where necessary, and implement measures to help prevent recurrence. We strictly prohibit retaliation or any other adverse treatment against any individual who raises a concern in good faith. Raising a concern will not negatively affect an applicant's candidacy, selection process, or any other recruitment-related decision.
